Trulieve is seeking a full-time Shift Supervisor to support daily store operations under the General Manager. You will supervise a team, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver strong customer experiences in a fast-growing environment.

The role requires prior management experience in retail or customer service, cash handling skills, and excellent communication with staff and customers. This position is on-site with standard retail hours and PTO benefits.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma required.
• Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff; ability to uphold confidentiality.
• Able to communicate in conversational English to work effectively with customers and team members, operate electronic equipment (computer, scanner, printer, etc.).

Responsabilidades

• Assist in opening and closing procedures and supervise staff.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and company SOPs.
• Coach and develop the team to meet service standards and objectives.
• Monitor store inventory and handle patient issues and escalations.
• Maintain professional relationships with business partners and ensure confidentiality.
