Job summary

Qualifications

• Leadership and customer-service excellence.
• Experience training sales associates and supervising staff.

• Willingness to travel between store locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet store KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates for strong product knowledge and engagement on floor and at register.
• Support daily operations: replenishment, fronting, maintenance, cash handling, merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance and stock levels; implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store with safety and operational compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support Loss Prevention and adherence to company policies.
• Promote MINISO USA customer commitment with a positive attitude.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Participate in store promotions and events.
