Job summary

Responsibilities include leading customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, handling cash transactions with integrity, and coordinating with management on merchandising and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience required.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to stand for an entire shift.
• Able to perform physical tasks such as climbing, squatting, kneeling, pushing and pulling.
• Available to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service leadership.
• Ensures that all company policies are being followed.
• Promotes and maintains a clean and organized store appearance inside and out.
• Can handle cash and card-based transactions with efficiency and integrity.
• Responds quickly to emergencies for safety and security of customers and employees.
• Ensures merchandising programs and sign placement are executed properly.
• Monitors store activities to ensure proper transactions.
• Rotates foodservice products to keep them fresh.
