The role emphasizes a positive guest experience, teamwork, and adherence to core values. The ideal candidate will have 12–18 months of related experience, strong customer service skills, and a willingness to cross-train across all areas of the retail operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 12–18 months of related experience and/or training.
• Ability to learn policies, multi-task, and manage basic math and forms.

Responsibilities

• Frequently supervise staff with verbal and written communications on assignments.
• Provide customer service, address complaints, and assist guests on the sales floor.
• Process transactions quickly within cash handling guidelines and engage with customers.
• Maintain store assets, cash tills, deposits, and define proper change funds.
• Preserve visual displays and rotate merchandise for sale readiness.
• Open/close store; verify monies, deposits, and paperwork; ensure safe environment.
