Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role helps drive KPIs, maintain store standards, and handle cash, merchandising, opening/closing, and shipments.

As a key team member, you will promote the store's loyalty program, foster a energetic environment, and ensure a memorable experience for customers while upholding safety and operational procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader.
• Willingness to travel between store locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
• Assist the store manager in training and developing sales associates on product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensuring cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.
• Support loss prevention and adhere to company policies.
• Maintain a professional, enthusiastic attitude aligned with MINISO USA's customer commitment.
• Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
• Participate in promotions and events to support business objectives.
