Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a Shift Supervisor to help lead store operations and ensure outstanding customer service. You will assist the General Manager, supervise staff, and help meet performance goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include opening/closing, maintaining brand standards, regulatory compliance, coaching the team, and handling inventory while maintaining patient trust and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Prior management experience, preferably in retail or customer service.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism.
• Ability to communicate in conversational English and operate standard office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in leadership and supervision of store personnel.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Open/close procedures and supervise staff as a key-holding supervisor.
• Maintain brand standards and visual merchandising.
• Monitor store inventory and resolve patient issues or escalations.
