Responsibilities include opening/closing duties, maintaining brand standards, compliance with state regulations, coaching staff, inventory control, and resolving patient issues. This role requires a 40-hour weekly schedule and strong professionalism.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Prior management experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Must have cash handling experience.
• Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills.
• Proficient in conversational English for customers and team.
• Ability to supervise staff and enforce company SOPs.
• Capability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager with daily store operations.
• Open/close procedures and supervise staff.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with state regulations and company SOPs.
• Coach and develop team to meet service standards.
• Monitor inventory and loss prevention measures.
• Resolve patient/customer issues and escalations.
