Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management and handles all startup tasks.
• Completes product returns, refunds, and cash handling; ensures accurate cash drops and changes to registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Greets customers and assists with products and services; resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Safely manages store operations, inventory, pricing, and displays to support sales and compliance.
