Job summary

CVS Health in Clinton, MS is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in delivering excellent customer service and store execution. You will lead staff during gaps in management, oversee opening/closing, and ensure daily tasks are completed with a focus on safety and quality.

The role involves a 26-hour work week, a start pay of $16.00–$23.00 per hour, and a benefits package for eligible hours.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Supervise the store staff through assigning, directing and following up of all activities.
• Effectively communicate information to and from store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote customer service culture.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure smooth store operations.
• Stock shelves, price merchandise, and manage displays per weekly promos.
