Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support store management in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring daily operations run smoothly. In the absence of a manager, you lead the store staff and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.

This full-time role (40 hours/week) offers a pay range of $17.00–$26.00 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental and vision coverage, paid time off, retirement savings options and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in absence of manager and ensure execution of opening/closing procedures.
• Supervise the store crew through directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Merchandise and stock shelves, execute displays and inventory, and reset departments following plans.
