Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support store management in executing store operations and driving performance. You will lead staff when managers are absent and ensure opening/closing tasks are completed while maintaining a focus on exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in the absence of management and support the CVS Store Management team.
• Supervise the store staff by directing and following up on activities and ensuring smooth operations.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays, weekly promotions, and seasonal merch.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs) and maintain department presentation.
