Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor at a CVS/pharmacy location. You’ll support the Store Management team, lead the crew in the absence of a manager, and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed. Expect a 29-hour workweek with pay range $18.00–$27.00 per hour and comprehensive benefits.

You will strengthen customer service, merchandising, and store presentation while maintaining confidentiality and safety standards across shifts.

Qualifications

• Advanced communication and supervision abilities essential.
• Flexibility for early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager is onsite and ensure smooth operations.
• Direct and follow up on activities to drive store execution.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Support customer service and resolve issues per policy.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage displays.
