Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to lead store operations, ensure smooth opening and closing, and drive customer service excellence when managers are not on site.

You will supervise crews, merchandise, handle customer questions, maintain confidentiality, and contribute to a welcoming, compliant shopping environment. Weekly hours are about 29 with a pay range of $16.50–$24.00 per hour, and part-time benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication with supervision experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, overnights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when manager is not on site, ensuring opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise crew, assign tasks, and monitor performance; communicate with management.
• Assist customers, address questions and complaints, and uphold CVS customer service standards.
• Price, stock, and reset merchandise per weekly, promotional, and seasonal plans.
