Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store management and drive execution. You will lead the store staff in the absence of a manager, ensure smooth operations, and complete opening/closing procedures.

The role emphasizes customer service, supervision, and effective communication with store teams, with a typical weekly schedule of 20 hours and a pay range of $16.00–$23.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Support store management in driving store execution and performance.
• Lead store staff when no manager or Operations Supervisor is onsite.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise the store crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture—greet, offer help, and thank.
• Maintain customer confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves; manage displays and inventories.
