Responsibilities

Assume duties of a key-holding supervisor for opening/closing and basic staff supervision.
Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
Ensure regulatory compliance with state-specific regulations.
Review and communicate SOPs; ensure changes are communicated to employees.
Provide coaching, training, and development focused on service standards and accountability.
Monitor and maintain store inventory.
Handle and resolve patient issues and escalations.
Maintain professional relationships with business partners.
Maintain confidentiality and compliance.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
