Job summary

Trulieve seeks a Shift Supervisor - Full Time to support store leadership in a fast-paced retail environment. You will assist the General Manager in supervising staff, ensuring smooth daily operations, and delivering a top-tier customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service area is a plus.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff; ability to uphold a strict level of confidentiality and discretion.
• Able to communicate in conversational English to work effectively with customers and team members, operate electronic equipment, comprehend safety procedures, and utilize telecommunication devices.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and pass an MVR background check (delivery locations only).
• Must be able to pass a level 1 and level 2 background check.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager/Assistant General Manager in leadership and supervision of store personnel.
• Open and close procedures and basic supervision of staff and retail processes.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with state-specific regulations.
• Provide coaching, training, and development to the team to meet service standards and objectives.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory.
• Handle patient issues and escalations and maintain professional relationships with partners.
