Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a Shift Supervisor to assist the General Manager and oversee store personnel, ensuring daily operations meet performance metrics and patient care standards. You will help maintain brand standards, regulatory compliance, and a high level of customer service.

The role requires prior management experience, cash handling, and strong communication skills to support a team in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism with confidentiality.
• Able to communicate in conversational English and operate basic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assume duties of a key-holding supervisor for opening/closing and basic supervision.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with state regulations.
• Communicate SOP changes to employees.
• Coach, train, and develop the team to meet objectives.
• Monitor inventory and resolve patient issues/escalations.
• Maintain relationships with business partners and ensure confidentiality.
