Trulieve is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the General Manager in leading store staff and ensuring smooth daily operations in a fast-growing environment. You will help drive customer experience while maintaining compliance with state regulations and brand standards.

The role requires a High School Diploma, prior management and cash handling experience, and strong interpersonal skills. Flexible scheduling, evenings, weekends, and holidays may be needed.

Qualifications

High School Diploma required.
Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service.
Must have prior cash handling experience.
Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills.
Able to communicate in conversational English with customers and staff.

Responsibilities

Assist General Manager in leadership and supervision of store personnel.
Open/close procedures and basic supervision of staff.
Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
Ensure regulatory compliance with state regulations.
Communicate and enforce company SOPs; train and develop the team.
Monitor and maintain store inventory.
Handle patient issues and escalations.
Maintain confidential and professional working relationships.
