Job summary

Trulieve seeks a Shift Supervisor to support store operations in Findlay, OH. You will assist the General Manager in supervising staff, ensuring daily efficiency, and maintaining regulatory compliance while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires a high school diploma, prior management and cash handling experience, and strong communication with customers and team. Schedule up to 40 hours weekly, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• Prior management experience in retail or customer service is a plus
• Must have prior cash handling experience
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism; maintain confidentiality
• Able to communicate in conversational English with customers and team
• Must be able to interact respectfully with customers and staff

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager/Assistant General Manager in leadership and supervision of store staff
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and company SOPs
• Coach and develop team to meet service standards and goals
• Monitor and manage store inventory and operations
• Handle patient issues and escalations
• Maintain relationships with business partners and ensure confidentiality
