O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role includes shift management in their absence and encourages bilingual candidates to apply.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS include leading the team in customer service, coordinating showroom service programs, processing orders and returns, invoicing, and keeping loss prevention measures.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• RSS Certification is required for this role.
• Spanish language ability is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering exceptional customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Oversee customer service levels in the showroom and guide the team on service programs.
• Handle phone inquiries and ensure timely processing of buy online/ship to store and transfers.
• Manage returns, exchanges, invoicing, and payments accurately.
• Perform opening/closing duties and ensure security and cash procedures are followed.
