Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role may assume shift management in the absence of leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers (essential).
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure execution of customer service programs.
• Open/close duties and day end procedures, including cash handling per policy.
• Ensure all buy online/ship to store, transfers, and add orders are processed timely and customers are informed of shipments.
