Responsibilities include leading the showroom team, handling orders, returns, exchanges, and ensuring proper invoicing and security procedures. Strong communication and multi-language abilities are valued—ASE certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills are required.
• Retail sales experience is desirable, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge are a plus.
• ASE Certification is a plus.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure adherence to policy.
• Manage transactions, returns, exchanges, and special orders efficiently and accurately.
• Coordinate opening/closing duties, money handling, and security procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety protocols.
