Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts seeks a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, service, appearance, and operations. The role may include shift management in the absence of managers.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities include leading a team to deliver excellent customer service, supervising showroom service levels, processing orders and transfers, and handling returns and invoicing.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Desired: Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
• ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels in the retail showroom.
• Take on shift management duties in the absence of Store Manager/Asst Manager.
• Ensure orders, transfers, and shipments are processed timely and customers contacted as needed.
• Handle returns/exchanges and issue refunds accurately.
• Invoice merchandise including core charges and warranties before product leaves the store.
• Coordinate Zipline messages and merchandising tasks.
• Maintain posted schedule and proper clock-in/out per policy.
• Perform opening/closing duties and security procedures.
