You will lead by example, manage schedules, handle issues, oversee merchandising and compliance, and step in wherever needed to support the store team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two or more years of similar or related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service and greet customers by name.
• Lead by example to maintain positive employee relations and teamwork.
• Plan, prepare, and adjust work schedules; assign duties; ensure timely completion.
• Supervise store activities across departments in the Build Manager's absence and perform needed tasks.
• Train workers on policies, procedures, and job duties; provide ongoing education.
