Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintains service standards in the store.
• Implements and manages FAN customer service program as assigned.
• Executes corporate directives (e.g. action bulletins, product removals).
• Maintains the store’s break room, including postings and cleanliness.
• Reviews mystery shop performance and front end management.
• Performs basic bookkeeping duties and data entry.
• Handles cash register operations and price changes as needed.
