Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and courteous assistance to customers with store and product information (FAN Customer Service).
• Communicate bulletin updates to associates.
• Monitor front end to ensure service standards are followed.
• Operate cash register and review price changes, bulletins, and updates with staff.
• Maintain store sections, stock merchandise, review invoices, and set up displays.
• Perform basic bookkeeping and end-of-day checkout duties.
