Job summary

Chedraui USA is seeking an experienced Full-Time Service Manager for the Seaside store located at 1560 Canyon Del Rey Blvd, Seaside, California. This role reports to the Store Manager and oversees customer service standards, front-end operations, and basic store bookkeeping.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, informing associates of updates, monitoring service levels, operating the cash register, stocking merchandise, and setting up promotional displays.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Retail Management Certificate is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with store and product information (FAN Customer Service).
• Communicate bulletin information to associates to ensure updates are shared.
• Monitor the front end to ensure service standards and procedures are followed.
• Operate a cash register and review price changes, promotions, and bulletins.
• Maintain store sections, stock merchandise, review invoices, and set up displays.
• Perform basic bookkeeping and end-of-day checkout activities.
