Qualifications

• 1–3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Retail Management Certificate is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide store/product information (FAN Customer Service).
• Communicate bulletin updates to associates to ensure awareness of changes.
• Monitor front-end operations to enforce service standards and procedures.
• Operate a cash register, review price changes and promotional bulletins with staff.
• Maintain store sections; stock merchandise and set up displays; review invoices.
• Perform basic bookkeeping and end-of-day checkout procedures.
