Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a Sales Manager for the Everett, WA area to lead a high-performing selling culture, drive sales results, and deliver an engaging customer experience across front-end and service operations.

You will coach team members, implement SOPs, manage POS, and oversee in-store programs including loyalty and protection plans, while ensuring omni-channel order fulfillment and strong asset protection.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and champion a high-performing selling culture across the store.
• Oversee front-end and service operations with adherence to SOPs.
• Coach team members to improve customer experience and selling behaviors.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Ensure accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout systems.
• Oversee in-store programs (Balloons, Loyalty, MCC/Extend, Knit & Sew Shop).
• Drive omni-channel service, including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Support Custom Framing operations and staff development.
