Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and ensure prompt, friendly service throughout the store.
• Lead by example to foster teamwork, accountability, and positive employee relations.
• Plan and adjust work schedules; assign duties; ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Oversee store activities in absence of Department Manager; handle escalated issues
• Train staff on policies, procedures, and safety; reinforce compliance and merchandising standards
• Review payroll-related records and store operations data to support decisions
• Ensure safe, compliant store environment and handle POS and cash transactions as needed
