O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support Store Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This role may assume shift management in their absence, with bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Essential duties include leading staff to provide excellent service, enforcing store programs, processing shipments and transfers, and maintaining accurate returns and invoicing. Strong communication and automotive knowledge are valued.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience in automotive context is favorable.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs.
• ASE certification is a plus.
• Bilingual skills (Spanish) are highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels and execute on store programs.
• Ensure calls and inquiries are handled per policy.
• Process BOPIS, store-to-store transfers, and DC orders promptly.
