O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support Store Manager and Assistants in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

You will lead store team members, manage customer service programs, supervise the showroom, and handle store operations and shift coverage in the absence of management, ensuring policy compliance and efficient service.

Qualifikationen

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
• ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Aufgaben

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service.
• Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom and program execution.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to policy.
• Manage all store operations including day end procedures and security checks.
• Perform opening/closing duties and other duties as assigned.
