Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role may assume shift management in the absence of higher management.

You will lead a team to deliver exceptional service and maintain efficient store procedures. Key duties include supervising service levels, handling orders and transfers, processing returns, and ensuring accurate invoicing.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience or familiarity with automotive retail is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom floor and ensure adherence to service programs.
• Answer and route calls per policy and maintain timely processing of orders and transfers.
• Process returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with store opening/closing duties and security procedures.
