Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure adherence to service programs.
• Oversee cash handling, returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with policy.
• Perform opening/closing duties, day-end procedures, and security checks.
• Coordinate store operations including transfers, orders, and communication with management.
