O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role includes shift management in the absence of store leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom including program execution.
• Answer telephone according to policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers in a timely manner and notify customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases per procedure.
• Process returns and refunds accurately; stage returned merchandise properly.
• Invoice merchandise including core charges and warranties before product leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and manage merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Ensure adherence to posted work schedules and proper clocking in/out.
• Perform store opening/closing duties and day-end procedures including deposits and security checks.
• All other duties as assigned.
