Qualifications

• Ability to obtain RSS Certification; ASE knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee showroom customer service and execute sales programs.
• Handle phone inquiries and manage buy online/ship to store and transfers.
• Process returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and efficiently.
• Perform opening/closing procedures and secure cash deposits.
