O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist in Maple Valley, WA to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role includes shift management in the absence of leadership and ensuring high service standards across the retail showroom.

The position emphasizes strong communication, adherence to procedures, and effective team leadership.

Qualifications

• Must possess strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure adherence to service programs.
• Answer phones according to policy and manage store communications.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub, and store-to-store transfers and notify customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and according to procedure.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced and properly processed at the point of sale and that security measures are followed.
