Qualifications

• Strong communication skills are required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
• Retail sales experience in auto parts is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members to deliver excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Oversee showroom customer service levels and ensure policy-compliant processes.
• Manage phone calls, store transfers, and external orders; contact customers on shipment arrivals.
• Oversee returns, refunds, and invoicing; ensure proper restocking and merchandising tasks are completed.
• Perform opening/closing duties, secure deposits, and monitor security and cash handling.
