Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist in Washington to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers, lead store team members in customer service, and assist with store operations. The role includes shift management in the Manager's absence.

Qualifications

• RSS Certification required.
• Retail sales experience in auto parts preferred.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
• ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom to include team member execution on customer service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders timely.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and per procedure.
• Process returns and exchanges, issue refunds correctly, and stage returned merchandise.
• Invoice merchandise before product leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Ensure staff clock in/out and follow posted schedules.
• Perform opening/closing duties and security procedures.
