Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist in Nashville to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role includes shift-management duties when leaders are unavailable and bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

You will lead team members in delivering top-tier service, manage returns, warranties, and store procedures, and help coordinate store communications and security duties.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure adherence to programs (Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot).
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders on a timely basis and notify customers on shipment arrivals.
