Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. This role may take shift management responsibilities when needed.

You will lead and develop the store team to deliver excellent service to retail and professional customers, oversee show floor initiatives, order processing, returns, and ensure accurate invoicing and security practices.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service on the showroom floor and execute service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub transfers, and DC add orders promptly; contact customers on shipment arrivals as needed.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure returns, exchanges, and refunds are processed correctly and invoiced before product leaves the store.
