Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role may involve shift management in the absence of senior staff; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include supervising customer service levels, processing orders and transfers, handling returns, and ensuring proper invoicing and security procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus; Spanish desired but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure program execution (Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No).
• Handle store opening/closing duties, day-end procedures, and secure money/deposits per policy.
• Ensure proper processing of buy online/ship to store, transfers, and DC add orders; contact customers upon shipment arrivals as needed.
• Oversee returns, exchanges, and proper invoicing of merchandise, including core charges and warranties.
