Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs.
• ASE Certification is a plus.
• Fluency in multiple languages, Spanish highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service.
• Supervise showroom customer service and programs.
• Handle phone calls per company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store and transfers.
• Assist in store opening/closing and security procedures.
• Manage returns, refunds, and merchandising tasks.
• Ensure accurate invoicing and proper payment methods.
• Support shift management in absence of store manager.
• Ensure adherence to schedule and clocking in/out.
