Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts in Midway, GA is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, and store operations. This role may assume shift management in the absence of managers; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

You will lead team members in delivering excellent service to retail and professional customers, manage returns, orders, and in-store merchandising, and ensure timely processing of transfers and special orders.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge is a plus.
• ASE Certification is a plus.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish) is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels and ensure timely processing of transfers and special orders.
• Perform opening/closing duties, cash handling, and security procedures.
• Support store operations and shift management in the absence of managers.
