Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise showroom customer service levels and execute on service programs.
• Handle opening/closing duties and day-end procedures, including money handling and deposits.
• Process buy online/ship to store, transfers, and add orders; notify customers on shipment arrivals.
• Manage returns, exchanges, and refunds with accurate payment processing.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store.
• Delegate merchandising tasks and ensure adherence to schedules.
