Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, service, store appearance, and operations. The role includes shift management in absence of leadership and encourages bilingual candidates.

Responsibilities include leading team members, overseeing showroom service levels, processing transfers, special orders, returns, and ensuring accurate invoicing and security procedures. A driven, customer-focused individual is desired.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
• ASE Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure proper execution of service programs.
• Handle store opening/closing duties and day-end procedures.
• Process transfers, special orders, returns and refunds per policy.
• Ensure accurate invoicing of merchandise and merchandise security.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks as assigned.
