Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience in auto parts (desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom including team member execution on customer service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store transfers and related orders in a timely manner and contact customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle returns and exchanges efficiently and refunds accurately.
• Invoice all merchandise including core charges and warranties before product leaves the store.
• Delegate and complete Zipline messages and Image Maker/merchandising tasks.
• Ensure adherence to posted work schedule and proper clock-in/clock-out procedures.
• Perform store opening/closing duties and day-end procedures, secure deposits, and lock up.
