Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role includes shift management in absence of store leadership and promotes bilingual applicants.

The position emphasizes coordinating store processes, handling buy online orders, transfers, returns, and ensuring accurate invoicing while maintaining a welcoming customer experience across all channels.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and the ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Experience in retail sales, preferably in auto parts, with automotive systems knowledge.
• ASE Certification and bilingual abilities (Spanish) are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and execute service programs.
• Ensure telephone inquiries follow company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, transfers, and DC add orders promptly and notify customers on shipment arrivals.
