Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist in Clinton, NC to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, and operations. The role may involve shift management in the absence of supervisors, with bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include leading a team to deliver exceptional service, managing in-store programs, and handling daily tasks from order processing to banking duties.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
• ASE Certification (desirable).
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the showroom and ensure program execution.
• Process shipments, transfers, and add orders promptly.
• Handle returns, refunds, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure correct invoicing of merchandise, including core charges and warranties.
• Oversee opening/closing duties and day-end procedures.
