Qualifications

• Strong communication skills are required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification is required.

Responsabilités

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels and execute on customer service programs.
• Ensure calls and inquiries are handled per policy; manage store operations and banking duties.
• Process buy online/ship to store and transfers; notify customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and invoicing; manage merchandising and signage tasks.
